• :00 Please enter our space muted. As much as we like to be friendly and acknowledge each other, please do so with a smile and wait until 20 mins past the hour for any speaking.
• :01 Sit in silence and stillness for 12 minutes. Leaving your camera on is encouraged unless you know you cannot be reasonably still (e.g., if you are moving about or eating breakfast please turn your camera off while doing so)
• :13 Coming back, we continue in silence for a few more minutes. We encourage you to turn your camera on unless you know you can't be reasonably still.
• :16 Optional sharing of individual reflections on today's silence that contribute to the group's purpose. For instance: “I tried a new prompt where the only thing to think about is ‘I wonder what my next thought will be’ and it was really helpful” or “I started out feeling very distracted by the birds my roof, but I was able to reframe the irritation into an appreciation of how wonderful It is to be this close to nature” or “I hadn't done a body scan meditation in a while and I forgot how powerful it can be.”
• :20 Optional casual conversation begins (feel free to stay and chat for as long as you want.)

This is a continuation of Dale's events. I'll be using my seated pedaler for 30-40 minutes. You can join on your bike, rowing machine, weights, yoga, or walking around your neighborhood — whatever you choose to do for however much you can stand.

Hi, ladies!

I am needing space clearing support. How 'bout you?

On this call, we begin with a few minutes of grounding and a brief round of intros, including where we are on the planet and what we intend to get done; followed by 40-45 min of timed co-working where, you guessed it - we do the thing!

Then we take a 5-min stretch break and... Rinse and repeat, for a total of 2 hours!

When the timer is up, we'll end with by dancing it out. :)

Bring your book to our virtual living room, say hello, then read!

We do quick intros of ourselves and the book we're reading. Then get comfy mute ourselves and read for an hour. We wrap up with a little book chat and socializing. Easy peasy way to read and visit with fabulous women.
