WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE WORKOUT:
- 5 to 10 minute dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for the workout
- 25 to 30 minutes of a Full Body Functional Strength Workout (squats, lunges, push-up variations, sit ups, planks, etc.) (all exercises can be modified)
- 5 Minute Cool Down/Stretch
