Welcome, Anam Cara, to "The Art of Handling Your Shifting, However It Takes: Overcoming Mindfulness Barriers" a space dedicated to exploring and overcoming the barriers that hinder our mindfulness practice. In this monthly gathering, we dive deep into the five Key Ingredients of our Mindfulness Circuit, each prep-station meditation is aligned with the chakra center and planetary energies at play for the day. Through meaningful discussions and shared insights, we can help one another to identify the obstacles that may be hindering us from attaing the state of Being mindful and equip ourselves with the tools or Key Ingredients to overcome them and Handle Our Shift!

The journey isnโ€™t just about facing challenges; itโ€™s about enjoying the process and finding joy in each step and breath. This group helps you build your own personal Spice Kitโ€”essential tools that you can use to stay aligned, grounded, and connected as you navigate lifeโ€™s shifts.
Our sister group, Handle Your Shift: Weekly Mindfulness Practice: offers a space to put these insights into action. Each week, we rotate through the Key Ingredients discussed in our monthly meeting, practicing them togetherโ€”on our own. This consistent, supportive environment helps you build the habit of mindfulness, ensuring that what we discuss is fully integrated into your life.

The Prep-Stations:

  • Journaling Station: Reflect and set intentions that align with the planetary energy of the day. This practice helps ground your thoughts and emotions, establishing a stable foundation.
  • Meditation Station: Engage in meditative practices that calm the body and mind, tailored to resonate with the cosmic influences of the day.
  • Yoga Station: Build inner strength and confidence through yoga exercises that connect the mind and body, promoting physical and mental harmony, aligned with the dayโ€™s planetary energy.
