This class is a great way to decompress and unwind in the middle of the week. Think slowed down vinyasa. Moving mindfully throughout a slow sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and alignment, while finding longer holds of postures combined with breath. This calming practice can promote feelings of peace, relaxation, and positivity.
