Welcome, Anam Caras, to "Handle Your Shift: Weekly Mindfulness Practice," where we gather each week to practice on our own, together with our Mindfulness Circuit. These sessions are designed to help you build your personal Spice Kit—practices you can use to stay aligned, grounded, and connected as you navigate daily life, with each station tailored to the planetary energy of the day.

In our community, the journey isn't just about overcoming obstacles; it's about enjoying the process, finding joy in every step, and embracing mindfulness with a sense of ligh-heartedness and playfulness. Each week, we align our practices—Journaling, Meditation, Yoga, Grounding, and Thematic Focus—with the chakra centers and the cosmic energies that influence our lives. Whether you're journaling, meditating, or exploring another technique, this gathering is a space to deepen your practice and integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

Our sister group, The Art of Handling Your Shifting, However It Takes: Overcoming Mindfulness Barriers, meets monthly to dive deep into the planetary-aligned practices for each station. Here, we discuss the challenges and strategies for integrating mindfulness, laying the groundwork for our weekly sessions. By participating in both gatherings, you’ll not only build momentum but also enjoy the journey, making mindfulness a natural part of your life.

The Prep-Stations:
